Cataño

The Cataño fire station is home to the Fire Department’s only marine unit. After a disaster, firefighters and paramedics are responsible for communications with the US Coast Guard and other federal agencies. In the aftermath of the hurricane, the station was without power for 2 months and delivery of diesel fuel was compromised because of widespread flooding. Thank you Direct Relief for your partnership to ensure Cataño’s first responders have power this upcoming storm season.
